Yes, because Indian hair is thick and full just like African American texture. Like shown here on a client:

• Any hair that has been manufactured to be stitched on a weft is going to experience minimum shedding which is normal with any hair you’ll buy. Minimum shedding meaning (the hair will be never have a noticeable or drastic decrease in how full it is) However, proper maintenance is extremely important and advised to lower your chances of this happening.

4. What is the difference in lace?
HD lace is extremely thin like a 2nd layer of skin and is the only lace out there like it. It is recommended for ANY skin tone.
• Transparent lace is slightly thicker than HD, and will always appear white or light tan when you first purchase it. It is recommended for lighter skin tones but can still be blended with medium and dark skin tones as well!

5. Is #613 Platinum Blonde Hair High Maintenance?
• Yes, Anytime you bleach hair to 613Platinum Blonde that hair will be fragile and easier to break off due to the hair bonds being broken. Our Blonde Hair will require daily/weekly moisturizing (or as you see fit) and conditioned weekly with our recommended products.

6. How often should I shampoo and/or condition?
• We recommend you condition your hair every 1-2 weeks. Shampoo is only necessary if you have product build up, which you shouldn’t if your not over oiling your hair or using a heavy oil.
Signs of product build up: tangling, shedding more than normal, look dull, or get dry.

**Remember all virgin hair is hair cut from a donor so it’s considered “dead hair”. Meaning it is not attached to the roots of someone to get the nutrients and oils it needs naturally, so the more you moisturize and condition the hair the softer it is and the better it treats you.****

7. Do I have to do anything special at night?
For my curly hair queens, make sure you are detangling and twisting/braiding your hair at night so you won’t wake up to it being tangled. It also makes an easier morning hair routine as well!
• NEVER sleep on wet hair, you will most definitely get matted hair from doing this.

You can also put rods in your hair if you have body wave or body curls! If you have straight texture, wrapping it in a beehive like it’s a natural silk press always does the job!

8. Can I go swimming?
• You may go swimming in pools and hot tubs. We recommend braiding your hair or pulling it up into a ponytail before swimming to keep your hair from tangling. It is best to wash your hair right after swimming. Add a spray in conditioner after swimming.

9. How long does the hair lasts?
 • By following our hair care tips and treating it like your natural hair, this hair can last 6 months to a year.

10. How long is shipping and proccessing?
• 3-5 business days
11. Do you offer refund/exchange?
• NO REFUNDS. We do offer an exchange for defected or wrong items, however the item must be in its original packaging and the seal on bundles cannot be broken. The hair cannot be altered in ANY way for an exchange.

12. What is the definition of “Virgin” ?
•  Virgin” meaning guaranteed to be unprocessed, free of any hair color or chemicals; retaining all cuticles in its original healthy state.

***Virgin hair is the best luxurious hair that has the longest longevity on the market! No two bundles will ever be the same with Virgin hair. Each bundle can vary in color & texture, especially because it comes from different donors.****
